We stand behind all of the merchandise we sell. We offer a one year warranty for any needed repair occurring from normal wear. Please call or email ahead of shipping items back to us for repair. 

All stones are genuine unless otherwise stated. All diamonds in the normal color range (D-Z) are natural and untreated unless otherwise stated. All total diamond weights on finished jewelry are approximate. Colored gemstones are often treated to improve appearance. Unless otherwise stated, it is assumed that colored gems have been treated with a relatively stable treatment process.

In Store
Refunds on unworn merchandise allowed up to 2 weeks from purchase or major holiday. Exchanges on unworn merchandise allowed up to 30 days from purchase or major holiday. No refunds or exchanges on altered, sized, engraved, or customized items. Special orders and discounted items are exchange only. Receipts are required for returns. 

Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express

Layaway: 25% down with three more payments of 25% each month thereafter. No refunds are given on layaway items.

We strive to keep our online inventory up to date. However, we are a small business and cannot always guarantee that everything listed on line will be in stock. If you want to be sure that an item will ship without delay, please call before placing your order. 

All items will ship fully insured through USPS for 1-2 day delivery. Please allow another day for handling and payment confirmation.

Online purchases have 2 weeks from delivery date for return or exchange as long as the items is unaltered, non-customized, not sized, and unworn. Pre-owned timepieces have a 3 day limit for return or exchange. Shipping costs will not be refunded. A return authorization is required for online returns. Please call or email for approval and shipping instructions.

Accepted Payment Methods: All major credit cards or PayPal. If you live in the area and would like to pick up in-store, please choose Pay In-Store.

Unfortunately, we can not offer financing or layaway on online purchases at this time.

Privacy Policy

In-store when you leave a repair or make a purchase:

We ask for your street address to help identify you in the future. We may ask to scan your driver’s license to retrieve this information quickly. We now keep track of every repair and purchase you make with us so that we can better resolve any repair or service needs that may arise in the future. When picking up a repair or requesting information about past purchases, we may ask to see your ID in order to verify your identity and protect your private information.
We ask for your email address because our system will automatically email you when your repair or order is ready. We’ll also call you a day or two later.
We will never share your mailing and email address. We will share your wishlist requests and general information like ring size unless you specifically ask us not to. We will never share any other personal information without your permission. We will send you very occasional emails with our specials (no more than 20/year) unless you ask to opt out. We may also send you very occasional physical mailings unless you ask to opt out.

Online when you sign up to receive a special:

We’ll use your email, name, and social media information to keep you informed of our specials and services. We will never share your personal information with any 3rd parties unless required to do so by law. We will use the information we collect from you internally to better tailor our offerings and services. We will send you promotional emails, but limit them to no more than 20 a year.
